Refund & Returns Policy

At The Auld Mill Bakery, we take pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food and baked goods. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns once an order has been collected or delivered.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you believe your order is incorrect, incomplete, or has been damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Perishable Products

For food safety reasons, baked goods, deli products, and other perishable items cannot be returned for resale or exchange simply because you have changed your mind.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before preparation has begun. Once preparation has started, cancellations or refunds may not be possible.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
